Top 15% = smiling again

I was surprised to discover an email from Michelle Bridges team in my inbox this afternoon;

Hi Sue,

You are in the Official Top 15% for Round 3!

WOW! I have gone through the results so far and based on your Weigh In results from Week 9 you are in the Top 15% for this Round!!

In the last 10 weeks you have lost a total of -12.41% of your total body weight.

I am SO proud of you. Your commitment to the 12WBT Program has obviously REALLY paid off!

This Round the Top 20 Finalists will be announced at the Reach for the Stars Finale Party along with the Top Transformation Awards.

So if you have gotten AMAZING results I hope to see you at the party as you might end up on stage with me!

I'll post all the awards results on Facebook right after the event!

Are you Coming to the Finale?

Tickets are on sale for the Finale Party until Sunday 3rd February. After that there'll be some tickets available at the door on the night but only able to be purchased with cash.

The Group Workout is still open for registrations and is completely free! I can't wait to train with you! You can still register right up until the day it all happens, Saturday 9th February!

Join Me for Round 1!

I'd love to see you join me for Round 1 2013! It kicks off on Monday 11th February, the week after this Round finishes.

You set your sight on a goal with this Round and whether you smashed it, came really close or have more work to do, it's time to think – what's next? There is still so much achieve through the 12WBT! Maybe it is time to take it to another level with your fitness? It is up to you but whatever your goal I can help you!

Keep up the great work in this last stretch! We are SO close to the end!

This email made my day, helped with the motivation, inspiration and got me out of a mini slump.

It's a really good feeling to complete a program and to see some pretty amazing results at the same time.

On the home front, I'm so glad we're living in the 21st century and I've kept up with technology. My daughter is loving Ireland, Ireland and the Irish are loving her and I'm loving skype.
