another round done and dusted!!!

Another round done and dusted.

Was it a success???  That is the question to be asked.

Yes, I lost weight, not quite as much as I'd have liked and yes my measurements went down - a whole 20cms.

Sometimes you get hung up on figures and believe you have to lose 10kg or more to be a success. I'm not making excuses, but I'm being realistic.

This round I lost 6.3kg and 7.2% and a total of 20cm.  My time trial was the best - finally got under 5mins for my 1km time trial.

So yes, I consider round 3 to be a success.

Round 2 I lost 5kg, so adding the 6.3, that's a total of 11.3kg lost, not a loss to be sneezed at.  Sometimes we have to take a step back and look at the big picture.

Tonight is the eve of Round 3 finale ............... yay.  Looking forward to meeting my #D30 friends again, having a great workout, a dexa scan, a makeover and a night of fun and laughs.  Just got to get my back right.  I hurt it on Monday and ouch, it's hurt all week.  Been to the osteopath twice this week and hoping it will start to feel better soon :(

Last night I wrestled myself into and out of a set of suck me in petticoat undergarments.  Man, that was a workout in itself.  If I hadn't already injured my back, that would've caused a back injury!!!!!

I got home, tried on my dress with and without the suck me in's ................. hhhmmm, not sure there's much of a difference.

I will sign off, saying goodnight, have a good weekend.  Because I'm certainly going to have a great weekend.

I've signed up for my 5th round - to get to my goal weight and doing the advanced 10km program.

Bring it on ....................
