HAPPY EASTER everyone!!!
This will be a different Easter for me, no chocolate and no hot cross buns for me. I don't need them and not sure if I could stop at one.
My numbers have been steadily going down, down, down, which I'm really happy about. This week approaching is week 8, so will be mini milestone week - where we measure and complete a fitness test. I can't believe how quickly that 12 week dashboard flies through the weeks.
I can now comfortably run 4kms without stopping and today - Good Friday, my SSS buddy and I ventured to Parramatta Park when we ran a lap and a bit. It was to test our running for the Mother's Day Fun Run. We did it - wasn't too bad at all!!!
I have purchased a dress for finale from Forever New - felt so empowering to walk into a normal sized fashion store and to be able to try on clothes. It was a toss up whether to purchase the dress or not. It doesn't quite fit, but after showing my husband and with his vote of confidence, I purchased the dress. It is my goal to fit into the dress. I'm also excited about finale - have booked a hair and make up makeover ............... woo!!!

My little European Wanderer, aka 20 year old daughter is enjoying her extended uni break. She is spending about 12 days travelling through Italy - Venice, Florence and Rome. Britt has discovered couch surfing, free accomodation by locals, so her and her friend have given it a go in Florence and are being spoilt by the Italian hospitality.
On a little bit of a sad mum moment - it's my Britt's 21st tomorrow. We've always made a big deal of birthdays and enjoyed celebrating them as a family. Britt will be having a lovely morning in Florence then travelling to Rome, so birthday wishes will be sent via skype.
