Hump day = hitting a brick wall

Well today is hump day - Wednesday, so close to the school holidays and a really tough day.  I made a pledge a few days ago to have no more restaurant/pub dinners over the next 3 1/2 weeks.  I need to tighten up my eating and really the restaurant meals just don't agree with my stomach anymore - a waste of calories.

I have also increased my exercise to try and increase weight loss - would love to loose another 5kgs in 3 week????  So from Monday when I do my running, I'm also working out in the afternoon doing some sprint intervals, hill running and the other part of the work out that I don't have time for in the mornings.

Needless to say my legs have felt this increase in workload - they're feeling quite fatigued.  This morning I got myself up at 5am for my morning run.  Legs feeling very tired, feeling quite down in the dumps, but I JFDI and ran.  Did not enjoy it, felt like sitting down on the kerb and crying.

I just feel like I'm tired, so tired of exercising everyday and the weight is coming off slowly (want it to come off a bit faster please).  I think I've hit the wall both physically and emotionally.

Feeling better tonight as I write this post.  I know this program works and I will keep going.
